Consulting Service Agreements

Telephone Support Services

Designed to enable the director of development and/or other development staff to successfully initiate and manage a comprehensive program with the limitations of time and budget by discussing planned giving situations with an experienced professional and deciding upon the proper and correct procedures to advance the gift situation. Includes donor proposals and development of promotional program.

Telephone Lite Support Service includes two hours of telephone support to advance the charitable gift and estate planning program. Contracts are for a six month period payable in advance. On-site service option available at a discounted rate per day for current clients. All normal business expenses are billed as incurred.

Telephone Support Service includes six hours of telephone support to advance the charitable gift and estate planning program. Contracts are for a three month minimum period and are payable in advance. On-site option at a discounted rate per day for current clients. All normal business expenses are billed as incurred.

On-site Consulting Services

A retained fee arrangement designed to initiate and manage a charitable estate planning/planned gift programs. Services include: 1. best approach to donors, 2. donor proposals, 3. financial advisor network development, 4. financial advisor proposal development, 5. selection and building of volunteer committees, 6. promotional plans, 7. promotional support material, and 8. technical advice.

On-site contract - five days of on-site counsel to support the advancement of the charitable gift and estate planning program. Service time includes one day of office and support work. Contract is for a six day minimum, payable in advance. Client has one year to use the five on-site days and all normal business expenses are billed as incurred, includes travel and overnight expenses as appropriate.

Special Presentations

Special presentations to donor, professionals, board members and volunteer groups are always tailored to the needs of the client and the potential to secure meaningful planned gift arrangements. Client is billed for the time involved in the development and/or modification of the material required and the presentation time. The typical fee is for two days of professional service, plus travel and normal business expenses

Pricing of Services

Connell and Associates has adopted the policy that all clients will be charged the same fee for the service selected since each service is especially tailored to the needs and situation of the program or project. Please phone for a the service fees for the consulting services listed above.
